CSSRockstars team is proud to announce the release of our first public Wordpress theme.
Charade is full featured, social networking enabled, two column Wordpress theme. The sidebar is fully widget enabled, and features a quick configure Subscribe by Email option for Feedburner users. It’s compatible with WordPress 2.5+ and has been tested with in Firefox, Internet Explorer 6/7, Opera, and Safari.

Is there a way to add new social icons in the header? I want to add customized icons, to different services.. Is there an icon for Yahoo or Delicious? Facebook maybe?

You can add news ones fairly easily. duplicate an existing class for one of the social icons, and change the background to your image. Then in sidebar.php find the list and a new LI, and then the A with the class you just created.

The icons for the comments are not showing properly. How can I fix this?

Don’t worry, my comments problem is actually because of the commenting system that I’m using. Great theme and thanks for providing it. I’ll keep you posted on how it works out, just in case.

Since it has the ‘leave a reply’ link in the footer, you could just pull the comment count link from the template file.

If there are multiple paragraph tags within a blockquote, the css looks a little funky (ie lines in between the paragraphs). Is there any way to fix this?

Also, you need to remove the trailing backslash from the LinkedIn link at the top, the link only works without the slash.

Love the theme - but I made a bunch of mods and it looks great in firefox but unfortunately I didn’t look at it in IE7 and it was all messed up - so I deleted all the changes and theme and re uploaded it and it is still messed up in IE7….
Any ideas?

One other thing I have an account at browser shots and the only two that are messed up are IE 6/7 - it actually looks a little better in 6 lol.
The sidebar posts just cut off in 7 and the footer does not display. I checked a couple other sites running the theme and no problemo in 7.
I even deleted it reloaded it blah blah…
